Your inspector is Scott Burel. He has been in the industry for five years and has worked most stages of construction including: Framing (stick and prefab), electrical, plumbing, siding and roofing. He developed a keen eye working for the Maytag Corporation as a System Development Analyst where mistakes and oversights were not an option.

Mr. Burel was professionally trained by ITA (Inspection Trained Associates) and is currently a member of the American Society of Home Inspector(ASHI) and each of his inspections abide by their uniform standards of practice, a respected industry standard.

He is fully insured and carries both General Liability and Errors & Omissions.
